What owners ask first.
What to offer
A gift certificate big enough to get something free, or a free one of your best items. Pick the one that brings them back once they taste it, and make it good any day.
What one regular is worth
If your average ticket is $25 and a regular comes in twice a month, one new customer is worth $600 a year. Run your own numbers in our restaurant calculator.
Only one of your kind
Your gift goes out with other local businesses, but only one restaurant of your kind. If you're the Mexican restaurant in the welcome package, no other Mexican restaurant is.

Questions, answered
How does new mover mail work for a restaurant?
We find new neighbors as they move in near you and mail them a welcome gift from your restaurant. You pick the area by ZIP, radius or drive time, and we handle the design, printing and mailing. Moving is stressful, and new neighbors are building new habits fast. A gift in their hands makes the decision for them, even when Google shows five 5-star restaurants nearby.
What offer works best?
A no-strings-attached gift works best, like a gift certificate big enough to get something free, or a free one of your best sellers. No purchase required, and it's good any day. It taps into the law of reciprocity: when someone gives us something for free, we want to return the favor. So new neighbors come in and give you a try.
Does it work?
Across the 12 restaurants in our chart, about 1 in 10 new movers who got the mail came in, around 19 new customers a month per store. Manizza's Pizza in Las Vegas has tracked 604 new customers, and Izumi's birthday mail returned 4.4x what it cost.
Can I add birthday mail too?
Yes. We mail the households in your area that look like your best customers, so birthday mail brings new customers in on their big day. It also keeps your budget steady when mover counts dip.
How is it tracked?
Every gift has its own code. Your team scans the certificates in the back office with our TruTrak® system, at the end of the day or once a week, not at the table or the register. Or we link the code to your POS. You see how many new customers came in, and you get the list of who redeemed.
How many new movers are near you?
We'll look at your area and tell you how many new neighbors move in near your restaurant each month.
